Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to Attend

• Puppies must be up to date with their vaccinations (you may be asked to provide

proof).

• If your puppy shows any signs of illness (e.g. cough, diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy),

please do not bring them to class.

• If you are unsure about your puppy’s health, consult your vet before attending.

Owner Responsibility

• You are responsible for your puppy at all times during the class.

• Puppies must be kept on lead unless the trainer instructs otherwise.

• Owners must clean up after their puppies and dispose of waste responsibly.

• Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Safety and Behaviour

• You agree to follow the trainer’s instructions during class for the safety of all

participants.

• If your puppy shows aggressive behaviour that cannot be safely managed in class,

you may be asked to remove your puppy.

Health & Liability

• Attendance at puppy classes is at your own risk.

• While all reasonable care is taken, Vet Nurse Behaviourist accepts no responsibility

for illness, injury, loss, or damage to you, your puppy, or your property during or after the class.

• You remain legally responsible for your puppy’s behaviour at all times.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cannot attend a class, refunds are not available.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness), please contact Vet Nurse Behaviourist (Tia) to discuss options.

• If Vet Nurse Behaviourist (Tia) needs to cancel a class, you will be offered an alternative

date or a refund.

Media

• Photos or videos may occasionally be taken in class for training or marketing

purposes. Please let us know in writing if you do not consent to this.

Data Protection

• Your contact details will only be used for class administration and communication

from Vet Nurse Behaviourist. They will not be shared with third parties. Please visit the Privacy Policy page for more information.
